Immaculata Regional High School, Kelowna

Visual Arts 10 students began their photography unit by examining how food is made to look so good on magazine covers. They learned about various techniques, analyzed several different examples for lighting, shadows, colour and shape, and textures. Students began bringing in their own food choices Thursday to create their own photo shoot, directing other students how to hold their lights, background, etc. to make their own magazine covers. The best part? Eating afterwards!
