Update from St. Vincent de Paul

Update from St. Vincent de Paul
St. Vincent de Paul continue to serve those in need. At present we are delivering sandwiches for distribution at First United Church twice a week. We are helping with meals at Ozanam House twice a week for the next 3 to 4 weeks. We also continue to deliver hampers to those in our community who are in need. All of these actions are done using social distancing.

We say a BIG THANK YOU to those of you who are leaving donations at the Church Office. We continue to need your financial support and dry food donations.

Please also consider using the website Canada Helps to donate to St. Pius X Conference of SSVP.

Or St. Vincent de Paul in the Okanagan Valley;

In the Okanagan Valley St. Vincent de Paul continues to serve those in need from Penticton, West Kelowna, and Kelowna. Financial donations and large item sales go towards supporting families in need of rental assistance and to support Ozanam Recovery House  a 19-bed transition home located in Kelowna, BC for adult men who are struggling with addictions, mental health issues, or both. We also use funds to support our twin Conferences in Haiti and Nicaragua.

None of these works would be possible without your help.

Many Thanks from St. Vincent de Paul.
