Sarah Swafford speaks primarily about “Emotional Virtue” as the key to drama-free relationships.  She is the founder of Emotional Virtue Ministries and she speaks internationally to people of all ages on a variety of topics such as emotional virtue, dating and relationships, modesty of intentions, and interior confidence.  Residing in Kansas, she shares her messages at schools, retreats and conferences (including Stubenville), appears on EWTN’s Life on the Rock and Live, has been featured in the National Catholic Register, she is a proud team member of ChastityProject.com and the author of her own top selling book “Emotional Virtue.”
